Hi,
My OE system is actually MAC OS Sequoia 15.5 - not listed here
I received a request for feedback from HP but wasn't able to complete the form which became garbled when it got to " Thank you. Are there any experiences we could improve? ' stage. Has anyone had the same experience, and how did you get to complete your feedback. I've asked for a new form and hope to receive it from HP.
Also, although I was told that the HP Envy 7220e was compatible with my MacBook Air, it doesn't offer the option of printing in colour. HP say this is to do with Apple not including the option on the printing panel. Apple say that the HP Printer is telling the Apple laptop what options are available, and these do not include colour printing. They say that even when they have more options, HP are not at present offering them. Apple suggest that this could be related to some compatibility situation at the HP end that they could fix it with an update. Again - has anyone had the same problem? If so, how did you manage to fix it?
Thank you,
Margarita17

Thank you - this approach worked, thank you. I am grateful. However, you may like to know that it took a little while because there was a loss of connection and it took a lot of effort to reconnect printer and laptop. But it was great to find that, once the connection was restored, I found that the option of printing in colour had become available. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Hello FerRex,
Many thanks. One question before I give it a go, please.
At the very start of the process, do I turn off the printer or leave the Instant Ink/ printing on ? Or doesn't it matter either way?
Many thanks,
Margarita
