HP DeskJet 4255e All-in-One Printer

During new printer setup of DeskJet 4255e the computer link was lost.  The HP 123 download had completed the connection to the printer but had not yet gone on to download the software to the computer. The blue wireless light blinks when the printer is on.   Suggestions please.

Suggest to do a wireless reset and try to setup again, this video would show how to do that:
