I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e today, took 2 hours to set up properly and begin printing my classroom syllibi, which are 40 pages each. The output on the printer does not hold multiple papers, is much too short and I had papers all over the floor. Why would you create an output tray that is not even 11" for a standard paper? I am returning this tomorow. I have had HP printers for 10+ years with no problems at all!

Hi @creating

Try to open the extension for paper tray, you need to pinch and pull the tray

  • Then you have more space to hold the paper.

Certainly you can see from the images that a letter-sized paper will not fit on the tray and when I try to print 10+, with the little, little, little tray pulled out, papers fall all over the floor. Even with the tab up...why would HP create a paper tray that is so small? Also, the design you are showing me is not the one for this printer, The tab that opens to hold paper is much smaller and the extension for the ray only moves it out to 6". IPulling out the entire tray and looking at the bottom shows there is only 3" to pull out. t is ridiculous and being returned tomorrow.
