I just bought a new HP Printer. The old ink cartridges do not fit this one. I have 4 cartridges to return. I live in Canada. Where do I send them to? I'm not paying $11.00 for postage to send to the US.

Hi @Confused1956,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP provides a free and convenient way to recycle your old ink cartridges through their HP Planet Partners program. Since you are in Canada, you can use the following steps to return your cartridges.

Visit HP's Recycling Website for Canada:

  • Go to the HP Planet Partners website for Canada: HP Planet Partners - Canada.

Request Free Shipping Materials:

  • On the website, you can request free shipping materials, including prepaid return envelopes or boxes for sending back your used cartridges.

Prepare the Cartridges for Return:

  • Once you receive the free shipping materials, place your used cartridges in the provided envelope or box.

Send the Cartridges:

  • Drop off the package at a Canada Post location or schedule a pickup as per the instructions provided with the shipping materials.

By using HP's recycling program, you can ensure that your used cartridges are disposed of responsibly without incurring any shipping costs.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
