So I recently just switched to an HP all in one plan with a whole different type of printer then what I had before. How do I go about returning the old printer that is no longer until the warranty?

Hi @Mama-J,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out! We’re glad to hear you’ve moved to the HP All-in-One Printing Plan.

To clarify how returns work:

If the new printer was not a warranty replacement

If you purchased a new printer yourself to use with the All-in-One plan, then:
There is no need to return your old printer to HP.
HP only requires a return when they send a warranty replacement unit and include a return label.

Since your old printer is out of warranty and not part of a replacement exchange, you can keep it, recycle it, or dispose of it locally.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
