I did a factory reset on my 8610 almost a year ago and went to use the original HP ePrint E-Mai address and received the message that the E-Mail was already taken. Tried searching the forums back then but never had any luck getting it to work.  Recently purchased a new computer and was adding the printer to it tonight which lead me down the rabbit hole of trying to fix the remote print I once had working.

Searched the forums here and tried several work arounds but still no luck using original E-Mail.  Have reloaded the web services by turning it on and off and trying to input the original address with no luck.

How do I reuse my original E-Mail ?

Thank you

Brian

If things have not changed from the past you cannot retrieve an email, you must come up with a new one. As this email address is only used to print, in my opinion that is not a big deal.
