HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3775
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello Community,

Where I can find old firmware for printer "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3775"?
After last update my reused cartridge are not recognized, I've tried different kind of reset without success 😞

I understand that HP cannot force to use only HP-cartridge or from other point of view block competitors through firmware updates.

Thanks for your help!

I don't agree on that because in my case the 3rd-party supply worked perfectly until the firmware update provided by HP.
As a customer, I see this action from HP as a complete unfair practice to the competition.
To be clear, I'm not asking to HP warranties on the supplies, this is about the firmware. If they can't test it on my environment (which is obvious and understandable) they has to give me the option to rollback an update that didn't work for me.

I hope that HP considers my opinion and feedback as customer.

Regarding my original question about the possibility to revert a firmware you are right, that remains the same. Now is clear for me that is not an option and I appreciate your collaboration.

Beyond that specific question... was not my intention to debate about perspectives & warranties (sorry if I deviated the conversation). I celebrate the openness of this forum where we could share different opinions.

Thanks!
