Excuse me, could you please advise why this window/message appears every time I start my laptop?
For your information: It is related to HP Print and Scan Doctor.
I used this utility previously when I had an older printer, but I have since decommissioned that printer and no longer use it.

I can't find it.
But it's on the desktop.
