LaserJet P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After downloading the software, running SISetup.exe for LaserJet P1102w blocked by "an adminstrator"; right click and "run as administrator" as suggested by Sandytechy20 isn't working. I get the same response. Please help me install my LaserJet P1102w.

Manually launch the installation using below executable and then follow the installation screens:

 

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

Let's create a new local user or administrator account in Windows 10 using the below link: 

 

Click here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-acc... 

 

Once the account is created.

 

Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110... to download and install the printer drivers.

Having the same problem.

Tried also to create a local administrator, to configure the virus & thread protection to allow trough the SISetup.exe app execution but I got always the same error "An administrator has blocked you from running this app".

I'm not connected to any domain nor there are any corporate administrator that can enforce this kind of policy on my laptop.
