To set up your HP Ink Tank 319 printer with your MacBook Air, follow these steps:

Unboxing and Initial Setup:

  • Unbox the printer and remove all protective materials.
  • Plug in the printer and turn it on. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer.

Installing Ink:

  • Install the ink tanks following the provided instructions. Make sure you fill each tank with its respective color ink correctly.

Connecting Printer to MacBook Air:

  • Connect the printer to your MacBook Air using a USB cable. Ensure your Mac is powered on.

Download and Install Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website to download the latest drivers for HP Ink Tank 319.
  • Install the printer driver by following the on-screen instructions.

Add Printer to Mac:

  • Open "System Preferences" on your MacBook Air.
  • Select "Printers & Scanners".
  • Click the "+" button to add a printer.
  • Choose HP Ink Tank 319 from the list and follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Testing the Printer:

  • Print a test page to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
