Hi, I come from Germany and I need some help. I bought a PageWide Pro MFP 477dw (Edited). There were no Setup Cartridiges included. When I start the Printer the Display shows  "Use SETUP Cartridges". I asked the at the German HP Phone Support for those Cartirdes and they told me they are not available. Please can someone help me to get these Cartridges?

Hello Sacd,

We do not have a bypass for Page wide printers as they come under the commercial segment part of our business.

Check the Box Contents: When you purchased your printer, setup cartridges are usually included in the box. Ensure you check all contents as they might be packaged separately from the main printer unit.

You could always visit the nearest HP Authorized reseller to get the setup cartridges or check the HP store. The compatible cartridges would be the,
HP 972A Original PageWide Cartridges or the HP 972X High Yield PageWide Cartridges
