SETUP REQUIRING A PASSWORD WHICH IS NOT KNOW TO ME

What is password for Office Jet 8015e setup . Have tried ALL suggestions several times, but once HP network is highlighted I am always asked for a password.....WHICH IS CRAZY THAT IT IS SO DIFFICULTY TO FIND! It's just a printer!

The password or PIN for an HP printer can be at one of the 3 locations

1. On a sticker: Many HP printers have a sticker on the back, bottom, or inside the cartridge access area with the PIN and other default credentials.
2. On the printer display: If your printer has a display, you can find the PIN under the wireless settings or WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) settings.
3. In the user manual: The PIN is often listed in the printer's user manual or documentation that came with the
4. device.

The Wi-Fi direct PIN is provide when doing a manual Wi-Fi connection.

Watch the reset video. After resetting, you generally have 2 hours to complete the setup. Decide if you want to connect the printer to the router or to print directly to the printer and bypass the router.

Many HP and other OEM printers have problems with the router when the router has two bands and both bands have the same name (SSID). Log into the modem and rename one of the bands. Alternately, contact your ISP and have them rename a band.

Or simply use Wi-Fi direct.

The latest HPSA supports 36 languages and can be downloaded here. Microsoft's AI assistant is in the latest Windows 10 and 11 releases and there are instructions here on how to enable the AI. Microsoft's AI assistant (Copilot) has a microphone button and supports natural language processing.

WPS pin for connecting to modem/router:

Press the setup button
Select Wi-Fi setup
Chose OK and scroll for the WPS PIN
Make a note of the WPS PIN code
