I just bought a Tango X printer, but setup cartidges were missing and the store agent provided a set o new cartidges but it does not work

Hi! I bought my Tango X in China. Now I am in Italy and it doesn't recognise 303 ink cartrige. How can I do? Thank you!

Try this: open the lid of the cartridges and keep the wifi button pushed for 3 seconds. This should initialize the printer

There is any software to download? Maybe because now I am in ITlay and not in China. Thanks

I suggest you to use the Smart app, as from there you can have more details in the error. You have to install it and add the printer.

I did but it doesn't help, it says that the printer can't recognise the cartridges
