I have tried to reset and follow many of the steps recommended here in the community but nothing seems to be working.
I tried to put these setup cartridges numeral times but no success.
If you could help me with this so I can start using my printer.

This did not work - I have already upgraded to the latest version.
Any idea why the setup cartridges are not being recognized?
How old are these cartridges?
I bought this printer in August (this year) so I am assuming these won't be too old...?
What is the exact error you get with these ink cartridges?
Which of the ink cartridge is defective?
Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error.
For now, make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
