SIR SIR I WANT TO CONNECT PRINTER BUT WHEN PRINTER CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER SHOW HP LASER JET 1015 PRINTER INSTEAD OF HP LASERJET 1108 PRINTER AND ALSO HP EWS DRIVER MISSING. HOW TO INSTALL MY PRINTER IN COMPUTER AND I HAVE DRIVER CD GET WITH PRINTER WHEN I PURCHASED.

Hi,

Have you installed the HP software for your printer?

On your PC, please click Start > Settings (Gear icon) > Devices < Printers & Scanners.

Select your printer and select Remove Device, then be sure to unplug the USB cable.

 

Download and install below drivers for your printer, be sure not to plug the USB cable prior the installation guides to do so:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL32431/bi-80329-12/hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-...

 

Click USB Install, then Install Printer Software.

Follow the steps on screen and only connect the printer when the setup wizard guide to doing so.
