Good day!
We have our own certificate - * .name.com (pfx)
Wanted to install in HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn (Firmware Datecode: 20191015) but error - SSL certificate not valid
Can anyone come across such an error?
Everything is installed on other systems (like Microsoft ISS).

Good day.
It turned out to solve the problem.
It seems to have done the same thing, but now it is successful:
pkcs12 -export -out domain.name.pfx -inkey domain.name.key -in domain.name.crt
Before that, I tried to use the root certificate, this time no. And everything worked out.

Good day!
I have seen this document. Unfortunately it didn't help.
1. This document describes a mechanism for generating a request and issuing a certificate based on this request.
2. These items are not suitable for us. We already have our own certificate.
3. We converted it using openssl:
openssl pkcs12 -export -in <cert-file-name.ext> -inkey <key-file-name.ext> -out <export-file-name> .pfx
On other systems (eg Windows IIS) it installs perfectly. Unfortunately, it is not installed on the printer

Hi@diesel315,
We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
