Hi @faridyaghini,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To connect your Samsung SCX-4521F printer to your MacBook Pro running macOS 14.5, you can follow these steps to install the necessary drivers and set up the printer.

Download the Drivers

Samsung printers are now supported by HP, so you can find the drivers on the HP website.

  1. Go to the HP Support website.
  2. In the search bar, type "Samsung SCX-4521F" and hit Enter.
  3. Select your printer model from the search results.
  4. Choose macOS as your operating system.
  5. Download the latest driver available for your printer.

Install the Drivers

  1. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers on your Mac.

Add the Printer to Your Mac

  1. Open System Preferences on your Mac.
  2. Click on Printers & Scanners.
  3. Click the + button to add a new printer.
  4. Your Mac should automatically detect the Samsung SCX-4521F printer if it is connected via USB or on the same network.
  5. Select your printer from the list and click Add.

Test the Printer

  1. Open any document or image you want to print.
  2. Go to File > Print.
  3. Select the Samsung SCX-4521F printer from the list of available printers.
  4. Click Print to test if the printer is working correctly.

These steps should help you get your Samsung SCX-4521F printer working with your MacBook Pro running macOS 14.5.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
