HP Recommended

Samsung C410W showed that the transfer belt unit and fuser unit needed to be replaced. Ordered both factory products, installed and printer still says these 2 units need to be replaced? Is there a reset procedure or does it take time for this to reset? Prints test page, but black is streaky. Black toner is at 19%,

HP Recommended

For resetting the counter you must have a service program for reset.  It's only available for authorized service centre, it's not public available.
