Dear,

 

I installed the printer software in my laptop and it successfully printed the test copy. However the Samsung Easy Printing Manager icon does not show up on screen. As such I could not perform the scanning and faxing activites. Please show me how to set up the Manager icon in my window. Thanks

Use magnifier in WIN10 to search for installed Samsung Easy Printing Manager icon and then pin it to desktop or where you want it to be.

With respect to Samsung SCX3400 series, the scanner program is unable to find in the software download center. Is it missing in the download center? If yes, where can I find the scanner program. If there is none, does any scanner software in the HP site which is compatible to SCX3400 series. Please advise.
