Hello everyone,

I've an old Samsung SCX-4623FW laserjet printer, and I've buy a new notebook with Snapdragon X ARM-64 CPU.

 

When I try to install the printer, via TCP/IP (the printer is connected via Wifi with static IP address, RAW on 9100 port), the default Windows Printer driver seems not work.

I've tried also to install the Universal Printer Driver V3 but seems is not compatible with ARM64 CPUs.

There is a possibility to install the correct driver and print? There is and what is the correct ARM64 driver for this printer?

 

Also, I've tried to enable IPP to my printer via SyncThru WebService (default configuration, default port, default URL -- hostname equal to the default hostname of the printer and the IPP URL like "http://<printerip>", no security enabled for IPP), and seems that the printer is not found via IPP.

Someone can help me on this? -- probabily the default windows driver is not compatible with IPP, but I can try...

the problem is that I not found the right driver for this printer on Windows 11 ARM.

My printer is connected via Wifi.

There is no driver available, in this case you will have to perform a reinstallation using a universal driver.

what reinstallation? I've installed the Universal Print Driver V3 but not work, also, I've tried the SUPD v4/v5 driver but also in this case, not work.
