Product: Catalina

Hello.

My printer no longer works with the download of the Mac OS Catalina. Is there a release date for updated drivers  to get the printer operational again?

Hi,

While there are no drivers available for Catalina for your printer yet, your printer supports AirPrint.

 

You may enable AirPrint from your printer EWS page as instructed below:

https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c05587132

 

Once enabled, follow below guidelines to print using AirPrint from macOS:

Hello Shlomil.

 

 

Thank you for your response and information. I have not been able to activate AirPrint on my printer.  Can you advise as to when the necessary drivers for my machine will become available. Is there any possibility drivers from another machine would worK.
