Product: m2885fw
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I lose wifi connection with my printer, if shut off the mains. Trying to use original software disc and does not load the full features (eg booklet printing). I have downloaded the printer driver for Mac from the HP site, but does not load the .exe file. Frustrated with the hours I've wasted on this! I see Samsung are still selling this product, so there must be a driver I can download somewhere.

Thanks for this Shlomi. At last I have the right download that works! I have looked everywhere on your site and internet, but kept being sent back to the firmware page/link. You should make this page more visible on your site. Keep up the good work! Paul

Oh dear! I tried to get my other computer, a PC to connect to the printer as well, and it had the effect of stopping my Mac connection set up with your download. I then downloaded your software again, but it failed to recognise it or connect. I uninstalled everythign and tried again, and failed again. The only way I can get the printer to work now is with a direct USB link and then the Booklet features are not available. Can you tell me how to resolve this? Paul
