I am writing about two phone numbers that are connected to your customer or technical support web pages:

A little over two weeks ago, I purchased an ENVY Inspire 7220e printer. It was not connecting to my computer. I discovered the two phone numbers above in an online search. I called both numbers. Without going into specifics, I became the victim of online fraud and was scammed out of a lot of money. I have filed reports with the police and a couple of government agencies. I returned the printer to a local store where I purchased it. The personnel at Hewlett-Packard should conduct more thorough vettings and checkings of contact information.
