I too contacted 123.hp.com and wound up with a person requesting my phone number to talk me through the installation process. Again, suggested my laptop was compromised and then took control of my laptop. For a fee, he could sort it out. Etc etc.

UP, how is this possible when I went to 123.hp.com? On your instruction manual advice!
