Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the hp123 page a window popped up with a guy who said he was from hp service telling me that he needed to acces my pc. there he went to services and saw a lot of stopped things an told me he needed to install some files on my computer, he also viewed my ipconfig. This looked suspicious so I hang up on him, was he legit? Or not? I did no let hin install nothing on my pc other than the hp setup from hp page. But he did see my ip and all that wich I find weird.

You have like 10 fake web sites that have something similar to  hp123 combination in their web address.

 

This one is HP  https://123.hp.com/us/en/
