Hello,

I have a new laptop and used my HP printer, scanned and printed, no problems!!

Then the very next day I scanned something but was unable to print due to:

-printer config problem.

Now my other printer (in the office) says the same thing.

so I have 2 different printers in the house that say the same thing and don’t work.

Note: I’ve unplugged, re-uploaded and tried all that stuff people say to do.  Thanks!

@OregonRock, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

How is the printer connected to the computer?

Is there any antivirus/security software installed on your computer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
