Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I've tried the recommended steps mentioned on the HP website and in this forum (fully re-starting the printer, etc.), and I've tried the diagnose & fix option in the HP Smart utility. I've also installed the updated printer driver. These steps didn't help. This issue seems to have something to do with a Windows 11 update, but I also can't find anything in Microsoft support that seems helpful. Has anyone been able to fix this glitch, and if so, how?
