Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

"Scan to Computer" (MacOS) no longer works since one of the last driver/firmware updates of the Officejet Pro 6970. This function is critical for my office/business. I might restore it by resetting the firmware to the original version but that will break other things, most importantly instant ink. So my question to HP support: Will this functionality be restored soon? Or should I buy a new printer (which one?)?
