I just bought the HP LaserJet M477fdw. Fantastic printer but I'm having issues trying to log in to my Dropbox account on the printer/scanner itself. The error that pops up is:
Connection Error 403
The printer is unable to connect to the service. Check the internet connection. Press [Retry] to try again or [OK] to exit.
I know the internet is working. It seems that I keep getting a one-time security code from Dropbox but there is no place for me to input the details in. Please help!

I have the same problem. The printer app needs fixing. I have 2 stage authentication on dropbox - I put in my dropbox password and account name correctly on the printer, the text gets sent to my phone, and then the printer doesn't ask for the text but says it can't connect. HP PLEASE FIX THIS ! The dropbox printer app is broken and won't sign in.
What I did manage to do as a work around to scan to dropbox ( until Hewlett Packard/dropbox fix this ) is to set up a free dropbox email address, and then use the scan to email function on the printer. https://sendtodropbox.com/account
