Hi,

Please make sure the latest printer firmware is installed on your printer, follow below utility from a Windows Pc to update the printer firmware:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/en7800_2010A/EN7800_R2010A.exe

If you have any other operating system on your computer please clarify the exact version, as you haven't mentioned your OS version.

Manual firmware installation has solved that problem but now the printer (HP Envy Photo 7830) is no longer able to connect to the HP web services.

Trying to unconfigure and reconfigure the web services settings is of no use. The procedure always ends up claiming that there is a "Server problem. The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporary unavilable. Try it again later." (The printer was perfectly working until april 14th).

I tried to follow any HP procedure that I found online with no positive result. I also checked date, time and timezone. No way.

Unfortunalely, a firmware downgrade is impossible or unsupported.

Any hints?
