Scan to email does not work no matter what. I tried on Hotmail, Yahoo, & Gmail. All are failing. The biggest problem that Scan to folder, scan to USB, scan to email are all failing. I am not able to use the scanner. Can somebody help with fixing this issue.

 

I tried these settings:

 

Your email address: [Personal Information Removed] 

SMTP Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com

SMTP Port: 587

Always use secure connection: Checked

SMTP server requires authentication for outgoing email: checked

SMTP user id: [Personal Information Removed]

SMTP Password: My Hotmail password

@Louai, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a copy from the scanner glass and check if that works. Also, try scanning to the computer using a software.
