I'm having trouble with the scanner on my HP LaserJet 3020. It was working fine on Windows 7 but is not working on Windows 10. I've tried reinstalling the drivers from the HP website and the included CD but the scanner is still not recognized. Only the printer and copier functions are working

HP Recommended

For W10 you only have available universal print driver, scanning is not supported, too old printer model.
