Hello everyone, I have read every response from all the forums related to the same problem and none of them have worked. I tried with the application that installs only the scanner, HP Doctor Scanner, drivers from 2013, 2015 and the latest update of the page and nothing has worked. I found a page with the old installation driver, it is one where the installation screen is on a black background, it is not the light blue of the latest version or other previous ones. That old version with the black background worked without problems for me in Windows 11, but I had to format and I lost the installer. Does anyone have that old installer? Thank you very much, only the old installer with a black background when installing.
