If you look at the posts above, a member of HP asked me to publically post my serial number...

 

So who is the appropriate team? It would save, perhaps days of time if you had given me a link to the appropriate team?

Got a private message last Friday asking for details, replied with info right away - no response by the following Tuesday? I still don't have a working scanner... 5 weeks now.

Sent my details as requested by private message 9 days ago now - still, no one has bothered contacting me. I have a product I bought with a scanner on because I need a scanner. You've updated your software - it won't work now and I've been trying to get help on here for 2 months now over this issue! All this time - I've had no scanner! This will be the very last HP product I will ever buy.
