Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We are trying to scan with our MFP printer but in the setup are getting the "Cannot resolve the SMTP Server" message. We are using the information given by our internet provider. We are a service company and scan tons daily but recently this has stopped working. All software has been updated.
