The scanning function of my printer is not showing up in the IOS app. I followed all steps you provided to solve it, but it simply does not work. The printer is connected to the internet and I can print, so there are no connection issues. I am beyond frustrated that I cannot scan documents and that all manuals don’t solve the problem. Please solve the problem or give me my money back so I can buy a printer from a different company.
