Hi,
I just installed HP software and driver from cd on Windows 7 and also updated it. But scanning is not available. On the desttop I have icons for HP Help & Learn center (working) and HP LJ125126 Scan. But when I the scan icon, a popup says in Finnish that "HP LJ M125126 Scan ei löydy." which is "HP LJ M125126 Scan is not found". The same message pops up on Windows - All Programs - HP - HP Scan.
I bought this equipment maybe one month ago, but it was installed today. Printing a document is ok. My equipment No. is
CNB6HDS55M.

Hi Banhien,
Thanks for the advice. The Scan Doctor 4.9 told me that a newer software is available; uninstall your hp-software, boot your pc and run the installer again. Well, when I installed software from cd, I also already updated it. So what. So I unistalled it with Scan Doctor and tried to find some installer on my pc (not found) after rebooting. I went to http://printerdriverseries.com/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m125-printer-driver-series/ where there is not a software available for me at all. The first one "HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125/126 Series Full Software and Drivers – Windows 10/8.1/" is not for Windows 7 64 bit and the rest are not suitable?
So could you post me a link which leads to the proper installer and software, or help with this some other way?

Hi Banhien or others,
I forgot to mention, that I have already downloaded and run hppiw.exe, and it said that "the program does not support the printer that you have chosen" and that "you get support to your HP printer from HP customer care center".
Is this support forum the same as HP customer care center?

Just got the printer working 10 min ago. I had contacted one support service expert and we looked the software and ended up at the same link that you posted at hp.com. Thanks for your advice anyway!
