Product: HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recent upgraded the firmware on this printer to the latest firmware. Since then, the screen monitor on the printer has stopped showing anything other than a blank screen. Is there anyway in which I can force a factory reset, to the original firmware. I know that it can be done if the screen is working - but as I can not see anything on the screen, I need to find out how to do the reset manually. I have tried doing all the device fix software, have rebooted , have deleted the software from my PC and rebooted, but to no avail. Hope someone can help.
