Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought two 8210 printers. I installed the first one and all went well. When I installed the second one it seems to be installed but it wont print. On the display panel the blue light is flashing. These are connected to my computer with a printer cable. I replaced my deskjet 952's with these.

The second Printer which is not printing is connected to the Computer with a USB cable?

 

Restart the printer and computer and see if that helps.

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
