Hi @katakata,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the driver for ARM-based Windows 11!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

The HP LaserJet P1102w printer drivers are typically designed for x86 and x64 architectures and may not natively support ARM-based Windows 11 devices. However, there are a few steps you can try to get your printer working:

Windows Update:

  • Sometimes, Windows Update will automatically detect connected devices and install the necessary drivers. Connect your printer to your laptop and check for updates under Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store. This app provides drivers and software that can help manage your printer, and may add support for ARM-based Windows.

Check HP Support:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer’s drivers. While ARM-specific drivers may not be listed, updates or alternative solutions might be suggested.

Use a Universal Print Driver:

  • Attempt installing the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) which sometimes provides compatibility with devices that don't have specific drivers available. You can find HP UPD from the HP support website.

Third-Party Solutions:

  • Use third-party applications like PrinterShare or similar, which may provide a workaround for printing using shared connections over Wi-Fi, circumventing the need for specific drivers.

I hope this helps.
