Apple update, as you know, has made my printer (still under warranty according to my account information) USELESS. Others complaining too. I have no idea what to do now. I don't see driver updates. I have an ink subscription. Do I cancel it for now? Is there a solution? Or do I just throw out this printer and NEVER BUY HP AGAIN?

Hi @ymm424 

1. Please reset the Mac Printer Systems, follow steps from the next video to reset, download an install new drivers:

2. Then install the next software:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I had a warranty on my printer so I was able to phone in and get help. It turns out all that was necessary was to download and install a fresh version of the driver. Thank goodness I have a warranty.
