I purchased an HP ENVY Inspire 7200e All-in-One Printer from the Apple Store online.
The printer successfully connected to the network. IP Address and everything. All good.
Not one computer in our home can locate the printer on the network, even with the IP Address.
When I try to contact HP Support it tells me the serial number is invalid.
I CAN’T GET THROUGH TO SUPPORT WITHOUT A SERIAL NUMBER.
IT TELLS ME THE SERIAL NUMBER IS INVALID.
I tried CHAT and PHONE and eventually it I end up with ENTER YOUR SERIAL NUMBER.
Then it tells me it’s NOT A VALID SERIAL NUMBER.
I’ve spent HOURS trying to get a hold of a HUMAN BEING at HP.
I can’t get to a human being without a VALID SERIAL NUMBER.
The serial number of my HP ENVY Inspire 7200e All-in-One Printer from the Apple Store online is INVALID.
This is an entirely NEW RING OF HELL that Dante could not imagine!

Hi @tomvwell,
Note > make sure that your printer is connecting to a 2.4 Ghz network, because HP printers are more compatible to work with 2.4G networks.
Then follow steps from the next video to connect your printer to Wifi network:
