Operating System: Unknown

I tried to access HP support, and it requires my new printer's serial number.

I copied it from the control panel display, and tried both O and 0 because of the ambiguity. I haven't found it on any sticker, after a fairly thorough search, nor on the carton.

Is the printer too new, not supported yet? What should I try?

Finally found the sticker in the ink compartment. 

There was a second ambiguous character.
