Serial number not recognised for my office jet pro8024e printer

The serial number is 10 digits starting with 2 letters. Starting first 2 letters are the country of origin ( CN China, VN Vietnam, JP Japan, TH Thailand) make sure you didn't swap the letter O with a number 0.

HP Office Jet 6210 All in one. Serial number on label and from self test report is [Personal Information Removed]. HP system continues to reject it, and will not get it directly from the printer, though I have no issues with printing via wireless network. So cannot get through to support to get assistance with scanning issue
