Operating System: Chrome OS

Trying to set up new HP is HP 2742e printer but HP Set-up does not recognize serial number. I have downloaded 123hp but it does not help. Exhausted from trying to get Lenovo Chromebook to recognize printer. Samsung cell works fine, but I need 🙏

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Deskjet 2742e Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

If the printer is already connected to the network(Wi-Fi) then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP printer setup (Chromebook)
