Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn

I am looking for the password for the Service Access Code for HP LaserJet M577.  My issue is that someone that left the organization setup the admin password on the printer; and now we can't do, and factory reset. Is there a default service access code to wipe the printer. Or instruction on how to wipe the device to factory with the bootable thumb drive.
