After a restart following a paper jam my printer is asking for the setup cartridges. These are fitted but it  is not recognising them and despite removing and refitting/restarting etc  it is still asking for them. At the  moment I cannot use it at all, despite it functioning fine before the restart. How can I fix this please?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you want to bypass the setup cartridges, 

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
