Set Up Incomplete Error

Please help. My printer was working fine and then it started giving me the following error: 

"Finish printer setup to enable printing. This printer requires the use of an HP account, enabled web services, and internet connection for set up and use. See the documentation provided with the printer or visit 123.hp.com for set up information."

I spent 5 hours trouble shooting. The instruction on the HP SMART, HP App or website link are quite frankly not helpful. This is not a NEW printer, I have had this for two years, and just added INK that cost me $100+ dollars for my printer to take a dump. Please help!!!!! 

Also, it said something about no longer using the HP Smart app? I am confused it keeps rerouting me to the 123.hp website. Please help.

This error happens when there is failure in the Wireless connection of the printer and you need to reset.

if you have a Deskjet printer model, then follow steps from the next video to reset:
