HP 4120 Deskjet Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! We bought an HP Deskjet 4120 and never set up. I tried now to set it up and I get an error "Use set up cartridges" even though I'm using both black and color SETUP cartridges that came with the printer! It seems that only the black one is not recognized since I see that the color one is shown as full in HP Smart, while the black one looks like a vacant!!! (not empty, it is as if no cartridge is installed). When I put a new black cartridge there, then the black is shown as full in HP Smart but I get the error message above.

Any ideas on how to proceed and solve this issue?

Thank you

Thank you...

I tried this.. not sure if it helped since I have to re-install the printer at the end... In any case it is working now!
