I tried to set up, but i got this message>

YOU CANNOT USE THIS FUNCTION BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN DISABLED. FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT THE PERSON WHO SET UP THE PRINTER."

You need to enable the scan to email feature through the EWS as shown below. Please note that you will likely need to set a device password in order to enable these functions. That is done through the password settings menu just above the circled administrators settings.
